Strength and Movement

Move your whole body and strengthen your core with Lyn Ciurro!  Class uses a foam roller, magic circle, theraband and small weights.

Core Integration with Props

This class uses the foam roller, magic circle and small weights for core integration, alignment work and joint mobilization.  

You will experience movement for the whole body in a well rounded workout.

Explore a variety of functional movements using a variety of props.  This class is sure to warm you up!

Upper Body Strength & Integration

This class will move and activate your whole body, and includes several sequences designed to strengthen and and integrate and the shoulders and upper body. 

Resolutions

Peg Lewellin, All Levels

This class is a fun full-bodied movement flow that will inspire you to stick to those New Years resolutions! Expect core work, hamstring and hip flexors stretch and balance challenges!  

Happy Planksgiving

Peg Lewellin, Intermediate/Advanced

Despite the name, this class is not just a series of planks - but rather a variety of moves using the foam roller and the theraband.  It is the perfect class to get you moving before a feast!

Put a Bounce in your Step

Amy Beversdorf, Intermediate/Advanced


Start with an active standing phrase to open your muscles and move your bones.  Additional material includes: arm and shoulder work w/small weights, a balanced sequence on the foamroller, and enough core work to feel it (just enough) the next day.

Foam & Magic Circle Challenge

Peg Lewellin - Intermediate/Advanced, October 17th 


This class takes you through challenging variations on the Foam Roller and Pilates Magic Circle.  You will get movement in all three dimensions and strengthening exercises for the whole body.

Props Variety

Taught by Peg Lewellin - All Levels   


Try fun varieties for the foam roller, theraband, and Magic Circle!  In this class you will discover how our traditional exercises can be enhanced with props! 


Experience with our work will be needed, however this class goes at a slow enough pace for all levels to enjoy. 

Theraband Fun!

Taught by Peg Lewellin - All Levels   


You will feel connected from head to toe with these fun and effective variations.  The theraband helps you connect deeper by providing extra support for the core as well as resistance for a deeper stretch. 


Experience with our work will be needed, however this class is a slow enough pace for all levels to enjoy. 

Reformer on the mat, with foamroller and small weights!

Taught by Amy Beversdorf - Intermediate 

     

This class utilizes the foam roller and small weights to bring you fun variations on Pilates Matwork.  Additionally you experience variations on exercises typically performed on the Pilates Reformer and Trap Table.  Have fun with it!

This class will use small weights to add additional challenge to the exercises.  We include a brisk standing series which challenges the core, and upper body.

August 2020

You will need 2-5 lb. weights, a theraband and foam roller.  


In this class, we will try some new things including lunging in all directions to work on knee tracking and leg alignment.  We then combine spinal mobilization with lunging and this becomes a coordination and balance challenge!

August 2020

Grab a resistance band and join Peg this full-bodied and challenging workout.  Resistance not only add resistance, they also create a closed chain quality and add stability.  In addition, the use of teach deeper awareness of the tensegrity throughout the body.


July 2020

Grab a theraband and foam roller to stretch, release and strengthen the body!   Class will start standing with an upper-lower body warm-up, continues to the floor for spinal mobility and core challenges.

Amy Beversdorf

Intermediate/Advanced


This class uses small weights to add challenge to our Pilates matwork. In addition, there is particular focus on adding moments of spinal rotation throughout the class.

Level: Intermediate/Advanced


We start with a standing series to warm the body and progress to more advanced seated work.  We replicate the Reformer rowing series with the additional challenge of using the weights.  There is small technical glitch towards the beginning of this recording but nothing that will deter from the overall experience.
