Studio B's virtual Pilates studio and on-demand classes focus on refinement and understanding of body mechanics, core conditioning and functional training for improved movement quality and performance.
Our teachers have a long history of teaching movement to all levels and in a variety of environments; from post-rehab clientele to professional dancers, in physical therapy clinics and university programs. Having advanced education in anatomy, somatics, neuromuscular repatterning and pedagogy, as well as graduate certificates in the Brain Gym system and Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis, we strive to provide a quality experience that will have a lifelong impact on your movement practice.
We believe in movement everyday to keep you connected in body and mind. Our class library is available as a compliment to your live Virtual or In-Studio packages.
